refunds and returns policy

At Jendre, we take pride in the quality of our handmade body care products. Due to the personal nature of these items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery by contacting lovejendre@gmail.com. We may request photographs of the issue in order to better understand what went wrong. At our discretion, we will either replace the affected product or issue a refund.
Refunds are not provided for reasons such as personal preferences regarding scent or texture or misuse of the products. We strongly encourage customers to read product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing, and to perform a patch test prior to full use.
Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly.
