We are a food allergy family and ingredient transparency is important to us. Our products are clearly marked with ingredients to ensure everyone’s safety. In turn, we always ensure we avoid cross-contamination and cleanliness.

We offer fragrance-free options for many of our products. All of our fragrance oils are phthalate-free, our preservatives are paraben-free, and all ingredients are thoughtfully selected for safety and skin-friendliness.

We recommend conducting a small patch test before full use to check for any sensitivities or allergic reactions.

Yes. Some of our products are scented, some use essential oils, and some are available unscented.

We believe fragrance isn’t inherently bad, but we understand why it has earned a bad reputation. Many people have reacted to low-quality or overused fragrance in the past, which is why we’re thoughtful about what we use and how much.

At Jendre, our fragrances are phthalate-free, IFRA-compliant, and used at skin-safe levels (they’re always the last and lowest ingredient in our formulation). We never use fragrance to mask irritation or poor formulation, only to gently enhance products you use every day.

For those who prefer no scent at all, we always offer unscented options. And, if we don’t, please reach out — we are always happy to make something unscented (bare) for you!

Our products are best used within 6 months of opening. Store them in a cool, dry place to keep them at their best. Because we don’t use fillers or synthetic hardeners, some products may soften in heat but they’re still perfectly safe to use and can be chilled to reset texture.

Many of our products are water free and do not require traditional preservatives, making them simple, effective, and shelf-stable. Avoid water coming in contact with your lotion bars and body butters to ensure freshness.

In water-based formulas (like our body whip, hand cream, and face creams), we only use trusted, professional preservation to maintain both safety and luxury.

Because our products are made with natural butters and oils, you may notice changes with the seasons. In warmer weather, items can soften or melt, and in cooler temps you may see slight variations like small spots or texture shifts. These are completely natural and don’t affect the safety, quality, or benefits of your product. We package with care, and a quick chill in the fridge can help re-solidify whipped butters or lotion bars if needed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We don’t ship Body Butters or Lotion Bars in the summer. We stop shipping in June and start back in October.
